For some unknown reason, I have been out here in Dallas, Texas getting my life
together and still mantaining to add on and preserve the underground subway graffiti art culture on my spare time. I
have battled many other graffiti artists on line, and lost to most, due to popularity and favoritism on their side. However,
as the truth be told, they only won because of the wrong people and unexperienced artists with poor quality and trend sweating
style and taste that just happened to be judging these so-called on line graffiti art battles.
which is a crying shame and a disgrace to real graffiti artists such as the elders
who paved the way for all these generic artists.
Its all good though. because deep down inside, they already know what time it
is.
Their trends and instant bullshit will not ever be classified as Classic nor Timeless.
I have stopped co-operating with such false people/ characters on line. That
being MINDGEM.SE, and 12ozprophet.com paperchase forums.
Those highly and so-called self-proclaimed artists know that they have not truely
won against me.
Websites of such cliquish type and intimidated hypes
need and should re-examine them selves, due to theire style being very immitated and unatural. Also being that they do not
wish to reach out to real writers/artists such as my self and offer me freedom in my work. Instead, just like every other
slick types, they wish to own rights to my work and try and contract/ own an artist and claim credit off the mind state that
I have brought into what ever unknown cipher/company that wishes to work with me....
These types know exactly who they are....
I have also been getting alot of names done in my portfolio for ladies that
I have
voluntarily
offered to draw for. Some of the ladies being very captivating and others that requested customised names. Most
of the ladies I have approached on the strength of drawing their names, always seem to thank me one day, and act like strangers
the next. I know that it may not be very lady like of them to stop by and say hello and get me to draw names and get payed
for it.... because that is not what the ladies in Dallas or Texas do. Its just not right to them for some reason unknown....However,
I would really appreciate the kind business they can bring me. but that is very unlikely. Being that through my experience
of others, they will try and get some one else to try and immitate my works and ideas...So if that is the case, then keep
on playing ya selves playas....
I draw their names and
add on to yet another page in my portfolio, and dont really mean to come across so bold as to out do who ever else they seem
or may know in the art biz....
so I aint mad at ya. just
very disapointed. NewYoricans would not ever do that to the next person. So all my NewYoricans stand up.
Airbrush shops and T-shirt
spots....
I have been to many
airbrushing stores in the malls around the metroplex, and as everytime, came to them Professionally, with credentials and
my portfolio...
They always seem
to give me the brush off and run around, obviously because of intimidation. And then end up hiring some one who has no
experience to work for them...and guess what, they even claim to be ex-graff writers... what a damn joke.
T-shirt spots....
You all are the
only ones who give the artists freedom. and I thank you all and give you all props on clothing people with a variety of styles
and designs. I am willing to work with you all who can give me the freedom to do what ever it takes to preserve hip-hop
culture.
My message to you
all,
I have no bad intentions
in this graffiti game.
I just wish
that you all out there who are affiliated or non-affiliated to understand that I am not here to take anything from you. I
am here simply to add on. I am not going to change anything about what you all may be doing, due to the fact that you
are all in control over your selves if that is the case.. If you in a civilized and righteous state of control and maintenance, so be it. I self have my own perception I see, understand and control indeed. And you all know I
can flip the script in what ever I write and do. Because I keep my self being practicle. and that be my advice to the human
family of today....
